Mr. Mancuso serves as a Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for Real Estate Investors and provides more than two decades of real estate experience with a strong leadership background across diverse portfolios and market strategies.  Mr. Mancuso is responsible for driving investment performance for real estate equity investment assets as well as leading Real Estate Investors’ program for sustainability and corporate responsibility. 

Previously, he spent 15 years at CBRE Investment Management, where he led its Americas Commercial Asset Management team.  Earlier in his career, he held the role of Investment Manager at AIG Global Real Estate, focusing on value-add and opportunistic residential investments, in addition to analytical roles at Goldman Sachs and Andersen Consulting. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University.  He is also an active member of the Cornell Real Estate Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
