Josh is Chief Executive Officer of Apogem Capital, a leading middle market alternative investment manager providing investment solutions in private credit and private equity. He is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction and managing day-to-day operations, including oversight of business priorities, organizational leadership, and the continued evolution of Apogem Capital’s investment capabilities.

Josh re-joined Apogem Capital in 2023, after previously working with the Madison Capital Funding team (now part of Apogem) from 2001 to 2015, where he contributed to the establishment and development of the firm’s private credit capabilities. Prior to re-joining Apogem, he served as a Managing Director at Vista Credit Partners from 2015 to 2023.  Josh began his career in credit investing in 1998 at Banc One Capital Markets (now part of JPMorgan).

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
