Frank Harte is Senior Managing Director and Global Chief Financial Officer of New York Life Investments overseeing over $800 billion in assets under management. He brings more than 40 years of financial leadership experience, including over 30 years serving as CFO within leading global financial services and asset management firms.

As Global CFO, Frank leads the firm’s worldwide finance organization, supporting a 2,000 person business operating platform across the U.S., Europe, the U.K., and Asia. He oversees all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, controllership and capital management & planning.

Previously, Frank served as CFO of Artio Global Investors,  a NYSE-listed asset management firm and earlier in his career  held senior finance leadership roles at major global banking institutions.

Frank holds a B.S. in Accounting from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
