Mr. Fowler serves as Managing Director of Business Development in the Real Estate Group at New York Life Investment Management. He joined the firm in 2025 and has over 30 years of institutional real estate experience. Mr. Fowler has held senior positions in public and private companies including American Realty Advisors, Security Capital Group and Mesirow Financial. For the past 15 years Mr. Fowler has focused on capital formation and portfolio management Mr. Fowler has a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Kansas.
