Frantz Paulus is Managing Director and Head of Private Credit Business Development at Apogem Capital in Chicago. Mr. Paulus leads private credit fundraising and investor relations efforts.

Prior to joining Apogem in 2024, Mr. Paulus was Head of Investor Relations at Kartesia in Brussels for eight years. Before that, he served as Investment Director at Omnes in Paris and as an Investment Manager at a Family Office. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years at PwC in various roles including Manager in Transaction Services. Mr. Paulus holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a master’s degree from NEOMA Business School. He is a CFA charter holder
