Aiden Shin is Senior Director at NYLIM Korea Branch, where he focuses on Real Estate investment products and relationship management for working-level clients. He joined the firm in April 2025, focusing on developing and strengthening relationships with key institutional clients across Korea. Prior to joining NYLIM, Aiden was with KB Asset Management, where he served as Head of the Global Real Estate Investment Team. He was responsible for sourcing and executing real estate investments, managing institutional client relationships, and overseeing a portfolio of approximately $1 billion in assets. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Kiwoom Asset Management and at the Government of Ontario. Aiden holds an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
