The Account Service Center provides you with live service--where you can speak with a representative to get copies of plan documents and forms to process account transactions, such as loans, distributions, and hardship withdrawals. However, it's also a 24-hour, toll-free service that allows you to find out your account balance, change your investment mix, and find the performance of your funds. You can reach the Center at (800) 560-3243. Once you call, you can:
Enter your Social Security number and personal identification number (PIN), then choose from the following options:

Press 1: for Account Inquiries and choose from the following:
- portfolio balances
- current investment elections
- price/yield quotes
- loan information
- withdrawal information
Press 2: for Account Changes and choose from the following:
- current investment exchange
- future investment elections
