In this position, you will be responsible for providing marketing and sales support for all new 401(k) Complete and DB Complete business through the Financial Advisor Channel. You will be working as the internal partner for two regional Sales Directors and your responsibilities will include, qualifying prospects, analyzing plan documentation for qualification and positioning purposes, overseeing the proposal process, and following up on proposals and opportunities. In addition, this position provides technical expertise and serves as the central information resource, as well as providing ongoing training and technical assistance to your Sales Directors.
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will posses an in-depth knowledge of defined contribution services, processes and regulations, advanced project management skills, a broad understanding of retirement plan design and consulting issues, excellent communication, strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to travel. In addition, NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses must be obtained.
