| Job Description | We currently have an opening for a (Contract) Marketing Project Manager within our Product Development Department. The duration of this project is estimated at 4-6 months.
This position will be responsible for leading product development initiatives within the NYLIM RPS. Product development includes new marketing initiatives, improvements to existing processes and new features for existing customers.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Acts as project lead to assist in the product development/product rollout process, primarily as a technical expert. Using broad product and operational knowledge, facilitates the resolution of complex issues by coordinating the marketing, sales, administrative and systems issues.
- Establishes product specifications, scope documents, project plans and facilitates the team to develop new products.
- Provides in-depth analysis of requirements and/or tasks to be addressed in implementing product features or product changes (e.g., what are the quickest and best ways for us to provide x.)
- Provides support to the VP of Product Development and other members of the Senior Management team by defining or scoping out the details of a proposed product feature or change.
