PARSIPPANY, NJ, November 30, 2006 – The retirement plan services division of New York Life Investment Management LLC (NYLIM), announced that it has received leading scores among its peers in 9 out of 13 key categories, according to the Boston Research Group DCP 2006 Survey of retirement plan providers. 

Overall, 100 percent of those surveyed answered that they were “very satisfied” with NYLIM Retirement Plan Services.  In addition, the retirement plan provider received leading scores vs. its competition in the following key categories: plan coordinator (100 %), recordkeeping (100%), participant statements (100 %), ERISA Services (100%), telephone representatives (100 %), participant website (100%), plan sponsor website (100%), investment performance (100%).  The closest competitor had five first-place scores.  Also, NYLIM Retirement Plan Services scored 100 percent for its pension plan administration and client loyalty.
