WESTWOOD, Mass., June 28, 2006 – The Retirement Plan Services division of New York Life Investment Management LLC (NYLIM), announced today it has been appointed to administer The Retirement and Savings Plan for the employees of LDI, Ltd. LLC, FinishMaster Inc. and Tucker Rocky Distributing. LDI, Ltd., based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a holding company that owns Tucker Rocky and is the majority shareholder of FinishMaster.

The Retirement and Savings Plan for the three firms has $67.5 million in total assets as of May 31, 2006, and provides retirement benefits for 2,000 participants.
