Alison Micucci is a senior managing director and the chief compliance officer for New York Life Investment Management. 

Ms. Micucci joined NYLIM as a managing director and deputy chief compliance officer in September 2002 and assumed the role of chief compliance officer in June 2003.  Ms. Micucci is responsible for overseeing compliance for NYLIM LLC, NYLIFE Distributors, NYLIM Service Co., the New York Life Trust Companies, and NYLCAP.  She is also responsible for coordinating responses to regulatory examinations of NYLIM. In addition, Ms. Micucci serves as the chief compliance officer for the MainStay, Eclipse and MainStay VP Funds and ICAP Funds.  Prior to joining NYLIM, she was a compliance officer at Goldman Sachs Asset Management with management responsibilities over a range of investment adviser compliance areas, including anti-money laundering, as well as responsibility for negotiation of investment management contracts.  Ms. Micucci began her career as an enforcement attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and also worked as an in-house attorney for Prudential Investments providing legal support on investment advisory issues.

Education
Ms. Micucci received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, cum laude with a double major in Economics and Political Science, and a J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, MA, where she graduated cum laude and was a member of the Law Review.  Ms. Micucci is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
