Mr. Dowiak is in charge of all Human Resource efforts of New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM).  In this role, his responsibilities include Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Communications initiatives. 

Prior to joining NYLIM in 2002, Allan spent 18 years in various Human Resource positions at Automatic Data Processing, Inc.  He performed in regional, divisional and corporate staff roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as Vice President, Human Resources at ADP.

Education
Mr. Dowiak received his B.A. from Rutgers University.
