Mr. Schub is an executive vice president at New York Life Investment Management LLC (NYLIM).  He oversees NYLIM’s Retirement Plan Services (RPS), Institutional lines of business, and is president of MainStay Investments.

Prior to joining NYLIM in 2001, Mr. Schub was a vice president at E*TRADE Group, Inc. with responsibility for Institutional and Retail Retirement products as well as College Savings Programs. Before joining E*TRADE, he was president of UAM Retirement Plan Services, a subsidiary of United Asset Management offering comprehensive services for Defined Contribution plans.

Mr. Schub started his career at Bankers Trust Company, where he spent eighteen years and served as a managing director. Fourteen of these years were spent in the Institutional Trust and Investment businesses where he held a series of senior management positions in sales, marketing, and client service. He spent his last four years at BT in their high net worth investment business where he managed the Global Marketing and Product Management functions.

Mr. Schub holds an MBA from Babson College and completed his undergraduate work at Brown University.
