Clark J. Winslow

Mr. Winslow founded Winslow Capital Management, Inc. in 1992 and has jointly managed the Large Cap Growth Portfolio since its inception. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President with Alliance Capital Management from 1987 - 1992, a Managing Director with J. W. Bristol & Company, Inc. from 1980 - 1987, a Vice President at MacKay Shields Financial from 1975 - 1979, and a Vice President with Baker, Weeks & Company from 1966 - 1975. Mr. Winslow has a B.A. from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Justin H. Kelly, CFA
Managing Director, Winslow Capital Management, Inc.
Portfolio Manager/Analyst
Mr. Kelly joined Winslow Capital in April 1999 and has jointly managed the Large Cap Growth Portfolio since that time. Prior to that, he was Manager of the Technology Team at Investment Advisers, Inc., Co. from 1997 - 1999. He was an Investment Banker with both Salomon Brothers from 1996 - 1997 and with Prudential Securities from 1993 - 1996. Mr. Kelly graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S., Finance/Investments from Babson College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has 13 years of investment management and research experience.
R. Bart Wear, CFA

Portfolio Manager/Analyst
Mr. Wear joined Winslow Capital in April 1997 and has jointly managed the Large Cap Growth Portfolio since that time. Prior to that, he was a Principal at Baird Capital Management from 1996 - 1997, and a Portfolio Manager at Firstar Investment Research and Management from 1982 - 1996. Mr. Wear graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has 24 years of investment management and research experience.
