Money Market Checkwriting Signature Cards are Available Online
If your Money Market account was recently converted to a different class of shares, you need to complete a checkwriting signature card for the new account to ensure that there is no interruption in servicing your check writing. You should have received a form in the mail, if not, you can always download one. When completing the form, be sure to include all the required information as well as your signature. User-IDs Replace Social Security Numbers on our Web Site
As part of our continuing focus to provide you the highest level of service, security, and personal information protection, MainStay has changed the log in method for your online accounts.
If you were accessing your mutual fund accounts online utilizing your Social Security Number & PIN when logging in, you will need to create your own unique User-ID and Password to access your accounts online. The previous SSN/PIN log in access was removed in the beginning of June.
