| Learn About MainStay's Class B Share Conversion |

The conversion of eligible MainStay Class B Shares to Class A Shares has begun. To reduce service and/or distribution fees, Class B shares convert to Class A shares at the end of the calendar quarter eight years after the date of purchase. The conversion will be completed prior to each quarter end. Upon completion, your portfolio will be updated to reflect your completed conversion. Confirmation of the conversion will also be reflected on your next quarterly statement. For further details please refer to the MainStay Funds prospectus.
