The chart below shows final capital gains distributions paid for 2007. All Funds except for MainStay ICAP Equity, ICAP Select Equity, ICAP International, Conservative Allocation, Moderate Allocation, Moderate Growth Allocation, and Growth Allocation Funds will be paid on December 7, 2007 for shareholders of record on December 6, 2007. MainStay ICAP Equity, ICAP Select Equity, and ICAP International Funds will be paid on December 17, 2007 for shareholders of record on December 14, 2007. MainStay Conservative Allocation, Moderate Allocation, Moderate Growth Allocation, and Growth Allocation Funds will be paid on December 18, 2007 for shareholders of record on December 17, 2007.
