Our employees are not only dedicated to serving shareholders' needs, but also dedicated to helping those outside of the workplace. Through the course of the year, employees donate their time and money to national and community charities and organizations. Below are just a few examples of their generosity:
- American Heart Association: Employees, sponsored by their friends, families and co-workers, walk for a cure in Madison, New Jersey each October.
- Jersey Cares: Annual coat drive to benefit the homeless.
- New York/New Jersey Blood Centers: Quarterly blood drive held in the Parsippany, New Jersey office.
- United Way: Each year there is a payroll donation drive, a bake sale, and other fund-raising events.
