DALBAR LogoMainStay Funds is proud of its shareholder services provider, NYLIM Service Company LLC, for winning the 2007 DALBAR Mutual Fund Service Award. This marks the seventh year in a row that the company has received the award. This award symbolizes the achievement of the highest tier of service to shareholders within the mutual fund industry.

To be recognized among the industry's elite service providers, companies are evaluated over a 12-month period in which DALBAR initiates a series of rigorous evaluations examining each company's servicing capabilities, both over the telephone and in written communications.

MainStay's service provider has been previously recognized in 1997, 1998, and 1999 for DALBAR's Mutual Fund Key Honors, and in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 we received DALBAR's Mutual Fund Service Award.

DALBAR issues a quarterly report on the standing of mutual fund firms that lead the industry in overall web support. DALBAR's mutual fund consumer web site ratings are based on a scale for excellence in:




  • Functionality—the quality and range of capabilities provided to users,
  • Usability—the ease of entering, navigating, and locating important information on the site,
  • Behavior Centric Support—the adaptation of traditional offline behavior to the online method,
  • Content Currency—the relevance, timeliness, and quality of editorial content,
  • Consistency—the uniform flow and presentation of the site's image, transition, and content.
