PARSIPPANY, N.J., January 17, 2006 – New York Life Investment Management LLC (NYLIM), today announced the appointment of Ronald J. (Buck) Bucci as regional director of its Taft-Hartley retirement plan and investment sales channel. He will report to John Santaguida, national director, Taft-Hartley Services for NYLIM Retirement Plan Services, a division of NYLIM and will represent both that firm and McMorgan & Company LLC (McMorgan), an affiliate of NYLIM.

Mr. Bucci has more than 12 years of experience in relationship management and sales related to retirement plans and Taft-Hartley pension plans.  He joins NYLIM and McMorgan from Wachovia Retirement Services where he was most recently a senior vice president and director of Taft-Hartley sales.

Prior to his most recent position at Wachovia, Mr. Bucci worked in the financial services industry for First Union Bank, Mellon Bank, and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.  He holds a bachelor of science in finance from Saint Vincent College and a masters in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
