Mr. Kindorf heads Madison Capital’s Insurance & Financial Services Leveraged Finance team. He focuses on originating, structuring, underwriting, negotiating and closing both Madison led transactions and participation transactions. Prior to re-joining the firm in 2008, he served as Vice President in charge of Corporate Development for First Mercury Financial Corp., a publicly traded insurance carrier and MGA, where he led the company’s M&A activities. Before that, he spent three years with Madison Capital. Prior to Madison, he worked for Cochran, Caronia & Co., a boutique investment bank serving the insurance industry. Mr. Kindorf earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Mr. Williams is one of the founding partners of Madison Capital Funding LLC. He is a member of the Executive Committee, which makes all business, operational, strategic, and credit decisions at the firm. His responsibilities include originating, structuring, and closing transactions. Mr. Williams also manages marketing and promotional activities for Madison Capital. He has over 15 years of experience within the corporate finance industry. Prior to forming Madison Capital, Mr. Williams worked on leveraged transactions within the insurance industry as a member of Banc of America's (initially Continental Bank) Insurance Group. He also led a team of underwriters within GE Capital's Merchant Banking Group, and was employed by Cochran, Caronia & Co., a boutique investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions within the insurance industry. Mr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Illinois, and received his M.B.A. from the University of Illinois.
