Mr. Evans is a Vice President on Madison Capital's Healthcare Leveraged Finance team. He focuses on originating, structuring, underwriting, negotiating, closing, and managing both Madison-led transactions and participation transactions. Prior to joining Madison Capital in March 2008, Mr. Evans spent four years in Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance's leveraged lending group where he focused on private equity sponsored transactions. Mr. Evans also previously worked at Mizuho Corporate Bank and American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago. Mr. Evans holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management & Strategy from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Prior to joining Madison Capital in May 2007, Mr. Kamran spent four years in Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance's leveraged lending group where he focused on private equity sponsored transactions. Mr. Kamran also previously worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago. Mr. Kamran holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management & Strategy from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
