Ms. Marks joined Madison Capital Funding in May 2003 as a member of the Capital Markets team. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with GE Capital, formerly Heller Financial, Inc. She has been involved in the middle market corporate finance industry for the past 16 years, spending the last six years focused entirely on syndications. Tricia received her B.B.A. in Accounting at the University of Iowa in 1989.

Mr. Niedner heads Madison Capital's loan-buying business and manages the origination and underwriting of Madison Capital's investments in debt securities through both primary and secondary markets. He is also a member of the Capital Markets' team, where his focus is on structuring and syndicating Madison-led transactions. Prior to taking on his responsibilities in Capital Markets, Mr. Niedner was a Team Leader for one of Madison's underwriting teams. Prior to joining Madison Capital at its inception in 2001, he worked at Bank One in leveraged finance with a focus on private equity sponsored transactions. While at Bank One and its predecessor entities, he also worked in various other groups, including middle market syndications and private placements, healthcare finance, and real estate finance. Mr. Niedner holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University.

Mr. Russell is one of the six members of the Executive Committee, which makes all business, operational, strategic, and credit decisions for the firm. In addition to being a member of the Executive Team, he is responsible for all capital market activities. Mr. Russell has over eleven years of experience in loan syndication including over fours years with Madison Capital and seven years at Banc of America Securities LLC ("BAS"). His syndication experience includes highly leveraged transactions representing a diversified base of industries including media, communications, and environmental services. Additionally, Mr. Russell worked within BAS' Middle Market Syndications Group and the Leveraged Finance Group focused on financial sponsor transactions. He has earned degrees in Economics and Political Science, as well as an M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University.
