Mr. Bucolo is responsible for client relationship development and new business origination at Madison Capital Funding LLC. He currently focuses on originating, structuring, and closing transactions with middle market private equity firms. Prior to joining Madison Capital at its inception, he worked at Continental Bank and Bank of America in a variety of commercial middle market lending groups, including asset based lending, cash flow lending, and sponsored leveraged cash flow lending. Mr. Bucolo earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame, and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management & Strategy from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Christensen has been with Madison Capital Funding since its inception. His responsibilities include new business development, underwriting, and portfolio management. Earlier, Mr. Christensen was with Bank of America's Commercial Finance Group (formerly NationsCredit Commercial Corp.) Prior to that, he was with First Source Financial, Inc., a Chicago-based commercial finance company specializing in cash flow based senior financings. Mr. Christensen received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arkansas in 1987, and an M.B.A. and Masters in Accounting from the University of Iowa in 1991. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Haggard is responsible for client relationship development and new business origination at Madison Capital Funding LLC. He currently focuses on originating, structuring, and closing transactions with middle market private equity firms. Prior to joining Madison he spent nine years at Antares Capital where he was also responsible for originating senior debt opportunities with private equity firms. He more recently worked with Linsalata Capital Partners, a private equity firm in Cleveland, OH and with CapitalSource in Chicago, IL. Mr. Haggard earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Janc has been with Madison Capital since March 2002. He is responsible for client relationship development and new business origination at Madison Capital Funding LLC. He currently focuses on originating, structuring, and closing transactions with middle market private equity firms. Before joining Madison Capital, Chris' work experience included eight years of middle market financing experience with GE Capital's Merchant Banking Group (formerly Heller Corporate Finance), Harris Trust & Savings Bank, and American National Bank in Chicago. Mr. Janc received a B.S. in Political Science magna cum laude from Illinois State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Kulakofsky is responsible for client relationship development and new business origination at Madison Capital Funding LLC. He currently focuses on originating, structuring and closing transactions with middle market private equity firms. Mr. Kulakofsky joined Madison Capital at its inception in 2001 as an Associate and was a Vice President and Underwriting Team Leader before transitioning to the originations role. Prior to Madison Capital, Mr. Kulakofsky was an Analyst in the Investment Banking group at Robert W. Baird & Co., focusing primarily on industrial M&A transactions. Mr. Kulakofsky earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Sociology from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. in Analytical Finance from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Schifer joined Madison Capital in January 2003, and is primarily responsible for private equity sponsor relationships and business origination. Mr. Schifer's prior professional experience includes over 14 years in the corporate lending industry, where he helped finance middle market, private equity sponsored transactions at the leveraged finance units of Mercantile Bank (now U.S. Bank), and LaSalle Bank. Mr. Schifer is a former U.S. Air Force Captain. He received a B.S. degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and an M.B.A. from the University of Wyoming.
