Mr. Clark is one of the founding partners of Madison Capital Funding LLC. He is one of the six members of the Executive Committee, which makes all business, operational, strategic, and credit decisions for the firm. In addition to being a member of the Executive Committee, he is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing transactions. He also manages the firm's underwriting and portfolio management staff. Prior to forming Madison Capital, Mr. Clark spent over 10 years in the corporate finance industry with Antares Capital Corporation, GE Capital, and Bank of America. Mr. Clark received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Iowa, and his M.B.A. from Indiana University.

Mr. Klimmeck is one of the founders of Madison Capital Funding LLC. He is one of six members of the Executive Committee, which makes all business, operational, strategic, and credit decisions for the firm. He is also responsible for originating, structuring, and closing transactions. Mr. Klimmeck has been in the corporate finance industry with Bank of America, as well as GE Capital and Arthur Young. He received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois-Urbana, and his M.M. Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Lacy is one of the founding partners of Madison Capital Funding LLC, and is its Senior Credit Officer. He is one of six members of the Executive Committee, which makes all business, operational, strategic, and credit decisions for the firm. Prior to forming Madison Capital, he spent eleven years at Bank of America and its predecessor, Continental Bank, in their Business Credit, Structured Finance, and Commercial Banking groups. He began his career at American National Bank & Trust Company, and spent two years at Citicorp in its leveraged lending area. He is a 1974 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, and received his M.B.A. in 1982 from Indiana University.

Mr. Russell is one of the six members of the Executive Committee, which makes all business, operational, strategic, and credit decisions for the firm. In addition to being a member of the Executive Team, he is responsible for all capital market activities. Mr. Russell has over eleven years of experience in loan syndication including over fours years with Madison Capital and seven years at Banc of America Securities LLC ("BAS"). His syndication experience includes highly leveraged transactions representing a diversified base of industries including media, communications, and environmental services. Additionally, Mr. Russell worked within BAS' Middle Market Syndications Group and the Leveraged Finance Group focused on financial sponsor transactions. He has earned degrees in Economics and Political Science, as well as an M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University.

Mr. Wade is one of the founding partners of Madison Capital Funding LLC. He is one of six members of the Executive Committee, which makes all business, operational, strategic, and credit decisions for the firm. Prior to forming Madison Capital, he spent sixteen years at Bank of America and its predecessor, Continental Bank, in their New York regional office, Business Credit Group, Structured Finance Group. He also managed the middle market Financial Sponsor Group for Banc of America Securities LLC. Mr. Wade is a graduate of Marquette University and received his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Williams is one of the founding partners of Madison Capital Funding LLC. He is a member of the Executive Committee, which makes all business, operational, strategic, and credit decisions at the firm. His responsibilities include originating, structuring, and closing transactions. Mr. Williams also manages marketing and promotional activities for Madison Capital. He has over 15 years of experience within the corporate finance industry. Prior to forming Madison Capital, Mr. Williams worked on leveraged transactions within the insurance industry as a member of Banc of America's (initially Continental Bank) Insurance Group. He also led a team of underwriters within GE Capital's Merchant Banking Group, and was employed by Cochran, Caronia & Co., a boutique investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions within the insurance industry. Mr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Illinois, and received his M.B.A. from the University of Illinois.
