ICAP's domestic equity mandates invest primarily in U.S. dollar-denominated equity securities of companies with market capitalizations of at least $2 billion.
Select Equity
In the Select Equity mandate, position sizes generally do not exceed 10%. A portfolio in this concentrated mandate typically holds 20 to 30 names. Positions are trimmed or expanded on a regular basis, which may result in turnover of 100% to 200% annually.
Focused Equity
Positions in the Focused Equity mandate may be over 5% of the portfolio. A portfolio typically holds 30 to 35 names. Positions are trimmed or expanded on a regular basis, which may result in turnover of 100% to 200% annually.
Equity
Portfolios invested in the Equity mandate typically hold 40 to 50 stocks. Individual positions are generally limited to 5% of the total portfolio at market value. Turnover ranges from 80% to 120%.
We also offer Discretionary Equity, and Balanced mandates. Please call Paula L. Rogers, President at 312.424.9110 for more details.
Before Investing
The investments are nondiversified. By concentrating in a smaller number of investments,
the risks are increased because each investment has a greater effect on its performance. The investments may invest in derivatives, which may increase the volatility of their net asset values and may result in a loss. They may experience a portfolio turnover rate of over 100% and may generate short-term capital gains which are taxable.
