Kathleen McCann, Manager, is currently responsible for the Group Annuity Client Service Team. Her primary responsibility is client service administration of NYLIM Guaranteed Products Single Premium and Terminal Funding group annuity contracts. Her clients include, former employees of Defined Benefit plans, plan sponsors and retirees. Her career began in 1994 as a Client Service Representative, in Mainstay Mutual Funds Shareholder Services department.

Kathleen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Peter’s College in Jersey City, New Jersey.
