Ken Quann-Managing Director at New York Life Investment Management, heads the Investment Liability Management team in Guaranteed Products. His responsibilities include pricing, underwriting and product development. In addition, he is the product manager for NYLIM’s commingled Stable Value product, the  “New York Life Anchor Account”. Under his leadership, pricing and underwriting has been an integral part of New York Life’s growth into a recognized leader in the Guaranteed Products marketplace.  Mr. Quann was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Stable Value Investment Association for a 3-year term.  His career with New York Life began in 1981 in the Group Pension Department.

Mr. Quann received an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
