Our primary goal is to realize a substantial yield pickup versus the agency MBS market while effectively managing credit risk and prepayment risk.
Relative value analyses for all whole loan products are conducted continuously. We seek to efficiently execute transactions with leading originators and enjoy competitive pricing with them.
Currently, we have direct relationships with these mortgage originators and have negotiated updated Seller and Servicer Agreements with them.
We also employ a significant infrastructure that executes and monitors both new and existing transactions.
